I have many CDs I like but this 1 I listen to almost every night. I loaned my copy to my Chiro to play in his office and I think he now has every Deuter CD ever made.

This album was my introduction to Deuter, as I was learning Reiki healing, and remains my favorite. Just hearing the opening puts me right into the serene frame of mind I need to meditate or do Reiki. I have even used it to defuse my mood after a bad day by playing it in the car – great for putting road-rage to rest.

Luckily 5 years ago, this CD was recommended to me by a fellow animal communicator when I was just starting to do workshops. I was trying to find good background and meditation music and did this ever fit PERFECTLY. I have been using it ever since, it is perfect not ONLY for meditations, but I listen to it often when I am doing both in-person and phone sessions with my clients. It helps me to facilitate a better session.

My group and I are on the look-out for inspiring music to meditate to.I started with the “Hearts of space” collection.I was given similar CD’s to listen to. Yup!Reiki-Hands of light- was a good choice. We loved it.

Of course Deuter never disappoints! I believe that this is one of my favorites from this artist, besides BLUE which is really good. If you enjoy New Age, then you will really enjoy this. The next time you need to escape your hectic life, buy some good quality headphones, find a comfortable chair, have a cup of your favorite tea and just escape to the beautiful sounds of nature and water with this one! Concentrate on what you are hearing and not your worries and you will either relax really well or fall asleep deeply for a good nights rest. If you don’t you will be missing out!

I love to play music to go to sleep and saw this CD has been recommended for that purpose. Droning/chanting, ocean waves, etc. that type of music helps me go to sleep. Surprisingly I found CD very disappointing for that purpose. It is annoyingly repetitive, to the point where I have to shut it off! I may try it for yoga practice but otherwise its out of here.
