Reiki Healing Stones and Crystals

As a Reiki practitioner, you have many tools at your disposal. Depending on what your client needs, you can opt for one or a combination of these tools.

For example, if a client comes to you saying that they would like to be rid of money worries, then you may choose to use Money Reiki.

If they suffer from bad bouts of headache, then you may want to do targeted Reiki healing for migraines and headaches — and even show your client how they can do self-Reiki for migraines and headaches in between sessions with you.

To boost the power of your healing sessions, you could try bringing crystals into your practice. Reiki Masters the world over have been known to channel universal healing energy through different crystals to facilitate natural healing.

If you haven’t tried this before, and you’d like to get more information, then you’re in the right place. In this post, we’ll go over the role that different stones for Reiki play during healing sessions. This list contains 20 of the best Reiki crystals I recommend, which will help to support your healing power — as well as how to cleanse, use, and charge them.

Ready? Let’s dive in!

What is Reiki Healing?

Reiki therapy is a healing modality created by the Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui while meditating in Mount Kurama over a century ago. The term “Reiki” translates from Japanese to mean “universal life energy,” and the practice itself is a holistic healing therapy aimed at harmonizing your mind, body, and spirit.

Practitioners believe that everyone has this universal energy system, but blockages can hinder its flow. By clearing these, Reiki aims to restore balance and enhance overall well-being.

During a Reiki healing session, the practitioner will place their hand on or above areas of the body to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing processes.

Due to the ability of practitioners to channel Reiki, healing sessions can also be conducted remotely, overcoming the constraints of time and space. This adaptability makes Reiki a highly flexible and widely accessible form of healing.

For more info, read The History of Reiki.

What are Reiki Treatment Sessions?

Reiki sessions are therapeutic encounters where a practitioner channels universal life energy to promote inner healing and balance within the client’s mind, body, and spirit.

Typically lasting between 60 to 90 minutes, each in-person session involves the practitioner gently placing their hands on or just above the client’s body, using a series of specific hand positions. The client remains fully clothed and often lies down on a massage table in a serene and relaxing environment.

During remote sessions (also called “distant healing”), healing with Reiki can take the same amount of time, although it involves the use of at least one more Reiki symbol, and can be done regardless of the locations of both client and practitioner. After all, the flow of energy doesn’t diminish with distance.

Through these sessions, Reiki aims to reduce stress, encourage deep relaxation, and bring the body’s energy into harmonious balance.

How to Use Crystals for Reiki Therapy

To harness crystal energy, practitioners typically place specially chosen stones on or around the client’s body in alignment with specific energy centers, or chakras.

They may choose to use one crystal for the entire session, or they may create crystal grids, which are geometric arrangements of crystals designed to magnify their collective power. These are then strategically positioned either around the client or in the healing space to create a powerful, harmonizing energy field.

The practitioner’s intent, combined with the openness of the client as well as the natural vibrations of the crystals and the structured energy of the grids, work synergistically to raise the client’s vibration, restore emotional balance, and clear harmful energies.

The choice of crystals also varies based on the client’s specific needs, with different stones being used to address physical ailments, emotional issues, or spiritual imbalances.

This integrative approach can deepen the client’s relaxation, heighten the session’s overall effectiveness, and facilitate a more profound healing experience.

Most Popular Reiki Crystals for Energy Healing — and Their Meanings

This section discusses 20 stones I recommend that will help you become an even more effective healer.

Ready? Let’s start!

#1 — Moldavite for Reiki: The Life Transformer

I came to Reiki because I felt lost. All my previous certainty had dissipated. I had no idea what I wanted in life. I was at my lowest.

On my very first session, I saw stars.

I remember something suddenly bursting open at my feet, through which  something started tugging as a straight line from my head through my spine, and out my soles. Painless but strong, the feeling was unmistakeable; it was like water bursting through a blocked dam.

And then before I knew it, I was spinning fast among the stars. Past galaxies. Beyond universes. Round and round I went, floating in space. Everything was light. And it was beautiful.

The experience changed my life.

Like me, many of your clients will likely come to you as a last resort. They’ve exhausted all other avenues, and they’re desperate. Their lives need to change, and they don’t know how.

Moldavite Crystal For Reiki Healing

In cases like this, Moldavite needs to be available to you as a tool. Often referred to as “The Stone of Transformation” due to its powerful and intense energy, it is believed to be a great catalyst for profound personal and spiritual growth.

Formed from the heat of a meteorite impact approximately 15 million years ago, this rare green tektite is said to carry the transformational power of the stars, which can stimulate rapid change and evolution.

Many who work with Moldavite report heightened spiritual awareness, accelerated personal development, and a deeper connection to their higher self.

Its unique vibrational frequency is thought to facilitate the release of old patterns, helping your clients to break free from past limitations and embrace new possibilities.

To temper its immense power, I recommend combining it with a pair of gentle crystals like Aquamarine, Peridot, or Moonstone.

#2 — Rose Quartz Crystal for Reiki: The Gemstone of Love

Often called “The Stone of Self-Love” because of its gentle and nurturing energy, Rose Quartz is believed to inspire deep emotional healing and foster a profound sense of inner peace.

In fact, it enhances all types of love: self-love, love for others, and unconditional love.

This soothing pink crystal resonates strongly with the heart center, which will nurture your clients’ ability to love themselves and view themselves with compassion and grace.

By helping to dissolve emotional wounds, fears, and resentments, this crystal promotes self-acceptance and forgiveness.

Its calming vibrations can also alleviate stress and anxiety, allowing individuals to embrace self-worth and inner beauty. As a result, this beautiful stone is cherished for its ability to enhance love of self and emotional well-being.

While you can combine The Stone of Self-Love with practically any crystal, I especially love its ability to gentle the sometimes elephant-in-the-room impact of Moldavite’s transformative power.

#3 — Labradorite for Reiki: The Conduit to the Divine

Sometimes, clients don’t need transformation per se. They need the security and protection that can only come from a strong and secure spiritual connection. One of my favorites and most highly recommended all-rounder for this type of work is The Stone of Magic.

Labradorite is a protective stone. A bringer of light. A conduit to the divine. It forms a barrier that deflects unwanted energies from your client’s aura while also promoting psychic abilities and deeper awareness.

Best Reiki Crystals

It is revered for its ability to reveal hidden truths, awaken one’s inner spirit, and inspire a sense of wonder and exploration. This makes Labradorite a powerful tool for those seeking to unlock their full potential and connect with the higher realms.

Finally, and possibly my favourite, is its ability to stimulate intuitive and psychic gifts, including the art of “right timing”.  It banishes fears and insecurities, and will strengthen your clients’ faith in themselves and the universe.

Because Labradorite can sometimes awaken dormant spiritual gifts, use it with caution and it may be a good idea to gain client consent before using this particular stone in your session.

#4 — Selenite for Reiki: The Moon’s Gentle Purifier

For something a little less drastic, Selenite is always a good idea. Known for its soothing and cleansing properties, and its affinity with the moon, it’s believed to effortlessly clear negativity and promote a peaceful, harmonious environment.

This translucent crystal is renowned for its ability to purify the mind, body, and spirit, helping to dispel negativity and promote clarity of thought. It does not overwhelm but rather subtly removes energetic blocks, making it an excellent tool for chakra balancing, of the energy centers, emotional healing, and spiritual growth.

Selenite Crystal For Reiki Healing

As a Reiki practitioner, you can use this gentle, delicate crystal to cleanse the crystals that tend to absorb negative energies (like Black Obsidian) as well as high traffic spaces that attract different types of energy. Its calming influence also encourage relaxation, and enhances overall well-being and fostering a sense of tranquility.

You don’t need a big piece to enjoy its benefits. A small facet shard, combined with Black Obsidian (see next section) is often enough. That said, it’s a very beautiful crystal, so I personally have dramatic pieces in every single room of our house.

Eventually, I’ll invest in a crystal lamp for our living room — and for the bedrooms, a peach Selenite lamp for an even warmer, cozier ambience. You may want to do the same for your treatment room.

#5 — Black Obsidian for Reiki: The Dark Protector

In the second half of 2022 and alI the way to early 2024, I would often get the sense that I needed to watch my back. These intuitive flashes were exceptionally strong that I went and got a crystal bracelet that featured Black Obsidian (along with Black Tourmaline among others).

If your client is struggling with betrayal, pain, and other negative life experiences, then the stabilising force of this volcanic glass could be exactly what they need.

Providing a barrier against all that would harm, Black Obsidian is perfect when your client seeks powerful protection, deep healing, and insight into hidden truths.

Reiki Crystal Stones

It’s associated with the root chakra, and is known for its strong stabilising property, as well as its ability to shield against negativity and psychic attacks.

Offer your clients the use of Black Obsidian during times of emotional turmoil or when facing difficult truths, as it has the ability to bring to the surface unresolved issues and past traumas for healing and release. Its reflective qualities can also aid in self-discovery and personal growth, helping them to understand the deeper aspects of their psyche.

Caution: This crystal absorbs negativity, so regular cleansing is required. Consider putting your obsidian on a charging plate every day to keep it nice and fresh.

#6 — Super Seven for Reiki: Melody’s Sacred Stone

Sometimes, your clients may feel like they’re drowning. Life is changing far too much far too fast. They can’t catch their breath. They need stability but also transformation.

It may be time to pull the big gun; Super Seven, also known as Melody’s Stone is a sacred crystal that contains the following:

  • Amethyst enhances spiritual awareness and is also known for its calming properties.
  • Clear Quartz is known for its ability to amplify intentions, and facilitate clarity.
  • Smoky Quartz anchors and protects, while transforming negativity.
  • Cacoxenite encourages spiritual growth and balances the chakras.
  • Rutile accelerates healing and strengthens intuition.
  • Goethite aids in emotional healing and releasing past traumas.
  • Lepidocrocite supports inner balance and enhances intellectual clarity.

When combined, these stones create a synergistic effect that enhances their individual properties, providing comprehensive healing, balancing, and spiritual growth. The Super Seven aligns and activates all spiritual centers of the body, facilitates deep meditation, and can connect your clients to higher realms of consciousness.

In fact, the Super Seven is perfect for those undergoing significant transformation, seeking deep spiritual awakening, or needing comprehensive healing across physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions.

During a period of extreme change, I wore my purple Super Seven bracelet (customised for me by Mary Neves) alongside my Black Obsidian one.

I highly recommend this combination!

#7 — Green Rutile Quartz for Reiki: The Stone of Forgiveness

If your client is seeking heart-centered healing, emotional balance, and enhanced personal growth, then Green Rutile Quartz may be perfect for them.

This vibrant crystal, with its striking green rutile inclusions, is known for its ability to stimulate the heart chakra, fostering feelings of compassion, forgiveness, and love. It helps in releasing emotional blockages and negative patterns, promoting a sense of peace and harmony.

Green Rutile Quartz Crystal For Reiki Healing

Even better, it has the inherent Quartz ability to clarify and magnify intentions, and can aid in the task of manifestation.

Whether they’re navigating emotional challenges, seeking to deepen their connection to the divine, or looking to accelerate their personal development, they may find Green Rutile Quartz particularly helpful.

#8 — Amethyst for Reiki: The Natural Tranquilizer

You may need to use Amethyst when your client is specifically looking for spiritual growth, enhanced intuition, and a sense of calm and balance.

Let’s face it; life can be tough. And sometimes, we just need to take a breather. Amethyst is a great crystal to help with different and anxiety-inducing issues.

Renowned for its ability to stimulate the third eye as well as the crown chakra, you can use this crystal to help your clients foster a deeper connection to the spiritual realm and enhance their intuitive abilities.

Amethyst is also highly effective in reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and enhancing their ability to enter and stay in a deep meditative state.

I love using this with more disruptive stones, like Moldavite.

#9 — Green Jade for Reiki: The Wealth Attractor

When your client is blocked from their own ability to attract abundance, then you may want to try Green Jade. It’s often used as a “good luck charm” that helps manifest prosperity and wealth. Revered for its ability to attract success, it’s also an excellent choice for those embarking on new ventures or seeking to manifest their goals.

Green Jade is also a stone of harmony and love. Resonating with the heart chakra, it will encourage your clients to evoke love, compassion, and trust in relationships.

Green Jade For Reiki Healing

Its nurturing vibration supports mental balance and healing, and can help release negative thoughts as well as soothe the mind.

So, whether your clients are looking to cultivate inner peace, improve their relationships, or invite material prosperity into their life, Green Jade is a wonderful choice.

#10 — Red Jasper for Reiki: The Blood of Mother Earth

Red Jasper is a stone of deep symbolism. Known as the Blood of Mother Earth due to its deep red color, it symbolizes the life force and vitality of the planet. In fact, it can help establish a strong foundation for both the physical and emotional health of women trying to conceive.

This powerful stone is also closely connected to the root chakra, and can provide stability, strength, and a sense of security. I recommend using it for clients who need to feel grounded, increase their physical stamina, or become more emotionally resilient.

Red Jasper Crystal For Reiki Healing

It is especially beneficial during times of stress or when facing challenges, because it can also enhance endurance and determination.

Finally, Red Jasper’s nurturing frequency also supports healing and protection, making it a valuable tool in your arsenal.

#11 — Tiger’s Eye for Reiki: The Life Stabilizer

This striking golden-brown stone is practically a staple in even the most basic of spiritual toolkits. Known for its ability to balance the root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras, Tiger’s Eye is highly regarded for its protective qualities, which allows it to act as a shield against negative influences while simultaneously fostering courage and motivation.

Tigers Eye is widely available and incredibly versatile. Beyond its ability to protect and anchor, it also:

  • Boosts confidence
  • Enhances focus
  • Promotes mental clarity
  • Aids in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Helps people see situations from a balanced perspective
  • Attracts prosperity
  • Enhances willpower and self-discipline,
  • Supports personal growth and the achievement of goals
  • Helps balance emotional extremes, promoting emotional stability and resilience.

You can see why it’s a firm favorite for many practitioners of alternative energy practices; it’s a multifaceted stone that can support various aspects of life.

#12 — Peridot for Reiki: The Stone of Compassion

Do you have a client whose issues arise from emotional imbalance? Too much of the negative feels and not enough to help them look at life with optimism?

I was like that before. One of the crystals that really made a difference for me is Peridot, often referred to as the “Stone of Compassion”. When your clients are looking to invite positive energy into their lives, then this is a great choice.

Peridot Crystal For Reiki Healing

This vibrant green crystal resonates with the heart center, and encourages openness, love, and forgiveness. Peridot helps to dispel negative emotions, reduce stress, and bring a sense of renewal and rejuvenation.

If you need to heal emotional wounds, and help your clients enhance their emotional well-being, or attract positive opportunities, then Peridot can serve as a powerful and supportive tool for your session.

#13 — Apatite for Reiki: The Success Motivator

If you’re looking to stimulate the intellect and enhance creativity, Apatite could well be the crystal of choice. This vibrant blue (or sometimes green) gemstone is known for its ability to clear confusion and frustrations.

It will also facilitate quick, effective, and efficient learning as well as expand knowledge, which also makes it an excellent tool for students and professionals alike.

Apatite resonates with the throat and third eye spiritual centers, both of which help in facilitating effective communication and strengthening intuition.  Its energizing properties also help to boost motivation to succeed and replace negative feelings about self with those of confidence and optimism.

Blue Apatite Crystal For Reiki Healing

This is also a great tool to use if your clients needs a bit of help developing healthy eating habits, especially in those cases where they need to lose weight.

On top of all these benefits, I find Apatite to be a beautiful and appealing stone, so I love — and often recommend — working with it.

#14 — Morganite for Reiki: The Stone of Divine Love

If your client is wrestling with deep-seated emotional traumas, seeking to attract new love, or wanting to cultivate a more compassionate outlook, then Morganite would be perfect.

A powerful heart stone, the delicately hued Morganite is often associated with divine love and compassion, and is known to promote emotional healing and stress relief. It helps release old traumas, encourages forgiveness, and rekindles lightness in heart and mind, making it particularly beneficial during times of emotional upheaval or when embarking on new romantic relationships.

Morganite Crystal For Reiki

In fact, it will also help clear your clients’ aura so they can attract people (soulmates) who match the energies they radiate — and remind them that love is a gift to be cherished and shared with everyone.

In short, Morganite brings energies of promise, healing, compassion, and assurance to anyone who is in love or in a relationship.

#15 — Aquamarine for Reiki: The Soothing Clarifier

Aquamarine is a stone of courage and has an affinity with sensitive people. Its calming energies reduce stress and quiet the mind.

This serene blue-green stone can invoke tolerance of others and help your clients overcome judgmentalism. It also alleviates feelings of overwhelm and give you something to support those who are drowning in life’s responsibility.

I recommend you use Aquamarine if your clients need help:

  • Clarifying perception
  • Sharpening intellect prowess
  • Clearing confusion
  • Cultivating inner wisdom
  • Navigating complex emotions and situations with grace and understanding
  • Reducing fear and anxiety
  • Increasing sensitivity
  • Sharpening intuition
  • Opening clairvoyance
  • Engaging in meditation
  • Enhancing effective communication
  • Encouraging self-reflection and self-expression

Aquamarine can be a powerful ally for clients looking to foster greater peace and clarity in their lives.

#16 — Green Serpentine for Reiki: The Stone of Transformation and Rebirth

Perhaps one of the best crystals you can use as a practitioner is the Green Serpentine, which is known to clear away stagnant energies.

This vibrant green stone is known for its detoxifying properties, both physically and energetically, making it ideal for purifying your clients’ aura and promoting overall well-being.

Green Serpentine is particularly effective in activating the crown chakra, fostering spiritual growth, and facilitating deeper meditative states. It also helps to release emotional blockages and encourages the flow of life force energy throughout the body — again, perfect for this particular healing modality.

It’s also a great tool to place in your treatment room as it’s believed to clear electromagnetic pollution, helping to maintain a positive and healthy atmosphere.

#17 — Petrified Wood for Reiki: The Stone of Earth Energy

It’s a shame that Petrified Wood isn’t as common as other crystals like lapis lazuli, carnelian, agate, or even citrine; it’s a powerhouse.

Formed from ancient trees that have turned to stone over millennia, this unique stone is perfect for clients who need to cultivate greater stability and a deeper connection to the natural world.

For those undergoing significant life changes or seeking to root themselves in a new phase of life, Petrified Wood provides a sense of security and permanence.

Petrified Wood Crystal For Reiki Healing

Its calming power helps to alleviate fears and promote patience, making it an excellent companion for personal growth and transformation.

If your client is navigating transitions, or seeking emotional and physical stability, they may find solace from this quiet crystal.

#18 — Amazonite for Reiki: The Lucky Hope Stone

Ever feel like just throwing in the towel because life has suddenly, inexplicably become “too hard”? You want to cultivate inner peace but you can’t seem to get to it?

If you have a client who has lost all hope, then leveraging the immutable strength of the Amazonite stone could help. It’s great for balancing the emotions, enhancing communication, and cultivating a sense of inner peace.

Known for its ability to harmonize the heart and throat centers, promote truthful expression and compassionate listening, and alleviate stress and anxiety, Amazonite is a great tool that will allow you to encourage a calm and centered state of mind for your client.

#19 — Garnet for Reiki: The Enkindler

What if the problem isn’t that life is too much? Too much change, too much movement, too much change (wait, have I said that already?). What if life is too boring?

When you’re looking to boost your client’s zest for life, and enhance their passion, then Garnet may be exactly what you need. This deep red stone is known for its revitalizing properties, stimulating the root and infusing it with vitality and strength.

Garnet Crystal For Reiki Healing

Garnet’s energizing influence can help to ignite your client’s inner fire, making it ideal for times when they need to overcome lethargy or rekindle their motivation.

At the same time, it provides emotional stability, helping to dispel negativity and promote self-confidence. In other words, it will give your clients the drive to move forward while making sure they’re safely anchored to the Earth.

#20 — Goethite for Reiki: The Earth’s Anchor

Another not so well-known crystal, Goethite is a powerful stone known for its ability to help process grief and trauma, providing comfort and support during challenging times.

A true stone of the earth, it resonates with the root center, helping to stabilize your emotions and promote a sense of security and resilience.

Goethite Crystal For Reiki

When things seem to go wrong, it can be a great comfort to nurture your clients’ ability to confront and release negative patterns and embrace personal growth.

So, if they’re navigating emotional upheaval, and need a strong anchor or are looking to deepen their understanding of their inner selves, Goethite is the best tool.

Reiki Scan: How to Choose the Best Healing Stones for Reiki Sessions

Now that you have these 20 stones at your disposal, how do you know which one is best? I recommend scanning.

Very briefly, Reiki scanning is a vital technique used to sense and address energetic imbalances in the body.

How can you use this to choose the best stone?

Simple, just move your hands slowly over your client’s body to detect areas that need addressing. It could feel heavy or dense there, sometimes chaotic. Other times, it’s too hot or too cold.

Trust your intuition.

In my case, I sometimes get flashes of image or a strong sense of right or wrong. I’d walk in a room and know instantly that I need obsidian there, for example.

Some practitioners prefer to be a bit more cerebral, selecting crystals that correspond to the specific issues they’ve detected. For example, you may want to choose Howlite for a client who is experiencing depression, insomnia, or poor balance and coordination — all signs of an imbalance in the crown center.

Alternatively, your client may have their own favorite crystal that they want to use during their session. That’s a good idea, too.

How to Use, Cleanse, and Charge Reiki Stones

Ready to add crystals to your practice? This section will cover how to use, cleanse, and charge your crystals.

How to use Crystals

If you want to use crystals during your session, there are three common ways to start.

First, you could place each crystal or crystal pair directly on your client’s body where they’ll do the most work.

Second, you can create grids of synergistic crystals (in other words, those that amplify each other’s abilities) and place these under your Reiki massage table. See, for example, the large crystal grid below, which is designed to create a peaceful and harmonious space.

Crystal Grid For Reiki

Third, and possibly the most common way you can incorporate the power of crystals into your sessions is to wear crystal jewelry. As a healer, you can choose those stones that will protect you from your clients’ energy flow, while your clients can wear those that are meant to heal theirs.

In fact, crystal jewellery is a great aid to self-healing, so you may want to recommend that your clients wear them in between sessions.

How to effectively cleanse and charge crystals used in Reiki sessions

There are many ways you can care for your crystals, and ensure they keep working as they should. My favorites are:

Use other crystals

I have Selenite plates and bowls which all over the house, which makes this a breeze. Just pop the crystals on them overnight and that’s it. You could also use Clear Quartz, Hematite, Shungite, and Carnelian instead.

Use the sun and moon

Another great way you can cleanse and then charge them is to place your crystals where the moonlight or sunlight can hit them. Leave overnight (in the case of moonlight) or a few hours in the morning or late afternoon (in the case of sunlight).

If you are going to use celestial bodies, be aware that not all crystals are suitable. For example, Selenite will deteriorate if it gets wet (even if it’s just dew). Citrine and Amethyst will lose their color and grow more brittle if left in the sun for too long.

This is why I keep my crystals close to the window, but indoors, when I use the sun and moon — and I put a timer on.

Use fire

Burn incense (I love Nag Champa) or herbs like sage, cedar, or palo santo and then pass your crystals through the smoke. Just don’t get too close to the ember itself, and avoid using this method with delicate crystals that can’t tolerate heat very well (e.g., Jade, Amethyst, Peridot, Turquoise).

Use earth

Some crystal, especially those that have an affinity with the Earth, will benefit from being buried for a couple of hours to a couple of days.

Note: You need to remember exactly where you buried them, and make sure that your crystals aren’t the type to get damaged by moisture or scratched/cracked by the ground.

Use water

You could also submerge your crystals in water, preferably running water — ocean, lake, sea, or river. Again, remember that some crystals will break if exposed to too much water. And If you’re going with sea or ocean bathing, the salt may interact with some of the gems.

Take care when you use water.

Use sound

Tibetan singing bowls, bells, tuning forks, mantras can all be used to clean and charge your crystals. This is one of the safest ways you can choose, although make sure to keep an especially close eye on delicate crystals.

Note: To not “muddy the waters”, make sure to separate crystals you use or wear yourself, and those you will use on your client.

FAQs About Reiki Crystal Healing

For more info on using crystals for healing, check out the frequently asked questions below!

Can crystals be used for distant Reiki healing sessions?

Yes, crystals can definitely be used for distant Reiki healing sessions. In fact, they can be a great tool to amplify your healing. Your clients can wear their favorite crystal or the one they resonate the most. Alternatively, you can channel Reiki through the crystal and onto your client.

Are there specific combinations of crystals that work best for different types of Reiki?

There’s no one specific combination that works best with the different types of Reiki. There’s only what works for a given client at a specific time based on what they need.

That said, there are some crystals that have a synergistic effect. For example, my blue bracelet (created by the talented Mary Neves) contains the following crystals:

  • Amazonite (center stone)
  • Aquamarine
  • Apatite
  • Morganite
Customised Bracelet To Open Up The Throat Chakra
A customised bracelet that contains the synergistic crystals of Amazonite, Aquamarine, Apatite, and Morganite

How do the energetic properties of crystals affect different chakras during Reiki sessions?

Some crystals resonate with a certain energy center and will, therefore, work faster when placed on the corresponding part of the body. For example, the Sunstone is particularly good at energizing the solar plexus. Blue Kyanite is a particularly powerful crystal that can unblock the throat.

Can the energy of crystals be too strong for certain clients?

Yes, some crystals can be too powerful for certain clients. Tektites, such as Moldavite, and black stones like Black Obsidian are particularly notorious for inducing physical reactions like nausea, faintness, and the like in some people.

What precautions should be taken when using powerful stones like Moldavite?

A good precaution to take when using powerful stones like Moldavite is to temper them with a pair of gentler crystals like Aquamarine, Peridot, or Moonstone.

Incorporate Crystals into Your Reiki Practice

As you can see, crystals aren’t just visually appealing. They can also be powerful tools in your Reiki arsenal. So, what are you waiting for? Why not try them in your healing session today?

And if you wish to become a Reiki practitioner, receive an attunement, so “that the healing energies that you were— born with…expand as Reiki begins to flow through your body, soul, and spirit.”
